DELIVERY
- we deliver in Zagreb and its surroundings (to your home address, in public institutions, in companies, at the Zagreb cemetery)
- delivery is included in the price of the product, up to 10km away from the Flower Shop (Lastovska 2a) which includes the wider city center (except the category “SPECIAL OFFER” and “WEDDING FLOWERS” – you need to contact us to calculate the delivery price)
- delivery outside Zagreb is additionally charged (it is necessary to call us)
- working time Mon-Sat 8-16h
- if you would like to have delivery in our fee time, please contact us at 01/ 6119323 or 095 5195519
- the realization of delivery can be within 3 hours from receiving payment
- if the recipient is not at the address, flowers will be returned to the flower shop (re-delivery is possible at an extra charge of 40,00kn/5.5 euro)

UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Upon the conclusion of the contract, the beneficiary will be provided with: a confirmation of a contract, or a pre-notification notice referred to in article 57, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, No. 41/2014), these terms and the user’s disclaimer of Unilateral Termination Of the Agreement with the onesided termination of the contract referred to in article 61, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The user can unilateral terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving reasons. The unilateral termination of the contract shall begin to run from the date on which the customer or a third party designated by the user has commenced the goods which are the subject of the Contract, or in the case of a service, since the conclusion of the contract.

The user can electronically fill out a form and send it, in which case, the Flower Shop Mezak will, without delay, send confirmation of receiving a unilateral termination by e-mail.
For costumer to use their right for unilateral termination of contract, they must notify Flower Shop Mezak about their decision before the deadline and with unambiguous statement sent by post (to the address Drage Ivanišević 10b, Zagreb)
Refunds will be made in the same way that the user made the payment. In case the user agrees to be given refund on the other way, they don’t suffer any cost. The refund will be achieved only after the goods are returned or after delivering notification that the goods are sent back.
Consumer Responsibility for the Impairment of Goods
With regard to consumer liability for impairment of merchandise, the seller shall inform the consumer of the following:
“You are responsible for any impairment of goods as a result of handling goods, other than that it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.”

In accordance with article 10 paragraph 2. of the Consumer Protection Act (Nar. No., No. 41/14), we inform consumers that complaints about the quality of our services can be submitted in writing to our address. telephone or e-mail. The answer to your complaint will be provided in writing no later than 15 days after receiving of the complaint.
CONVERSION STATEMENT
Your orders will be charged in Croatian currency. Your credit card will be charged for the conversion of the price from euros into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
